"Outstanding healthy, tasty cuisine plus a very friendly service."

I visit many Indian restaurants, I must say this is one of the best. I only eat vegetarian food, seafood and fish. The paneer dishes here are tasty, the paneer is extremely fresh, I recommend a paneer shashlick as a main, huge cubes cooked to perfection. All vegetarian dishes are delicious with none of that 'oil slick residue' in sight. In addition, the service is excellent, never a long wait for your food, clean and comfortable surroundings. The staff are very polite, I am always looked after very well on each visit. The manager/owner takes great pride in his business , this is reflected in the delicious food and experience each visit. Highly recommended, particularly if you are partial to a smashing salmon rogan, where this restaurant excels in its generosity of huge chunks of salmon.

"Lovely friendly atmosphere."

Tried this restaurant just on the off chance as it is not our local and we are so pleased we did. We were greeted by a very friendly waiter and when we were seated the owner Ash came over to introduce himself and have a chat.

The food was very tasty and plentiful and Ash even went out of his way to add more spices to my wife's dish when he found out she likes it spicy.

It was very reasonable and had a great ambiance I would recommend it to anyone who likes Indian food.

To sum up in one sentence :Pleasant, friendly, clean and good value.

Thank you Spirit Fire for a great eve

"Delicious and tasty contemporary Indian cuisine"

We went for a meal during the May bank holiday. My sister and her husband live near there and this is their local Indian. Living in Leeds I have access to a lot of Indian restaurants but I have to say this restaurant was amazing! The staff were very friendly, the menu was well written with a clear explanation about the various dishes and what they contained. The food was simply delicious! Not greasy, but extremely tasty. We had coconut rice, a freshwater fish dish called Bhuna, Sag Paneer, Butter prawn, Tarkar Dhaal, and my brother in law had a chilli lamb and chicken dish which he loved! We also had a couple of Peshwari Naans too, the food was heavenly!. As a family we were so impressed, the food really had a modern Indian twist and I thoroughly recommend this hidden jewel!. I know there are a lot of Indian restaurants in London but I strongly recommend giving this a go. The other reviews are absolutely right, this is an outstanding Indian restaurant which I would strongly recommend!! Enjoy!

"Great Indian Restaurant"

This is a relatively new Indian restaurant near Bush Hill Park station. The food is fabulous. Decor is lovely and nice and clean. The owner is very friendly as are the staff but what makes the restaurant so good is the food which is so much better than the fare served up in nearby restaurants. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

"A hidden gem"

Taken here by friends, hadn't known this restaurant was here - hidden away in a quiet, out of the way street, and what a little gem it is.

The restaurant was very busy, but tables a decent space apart so you didn't feel enclosed. The decor very clean, modern and welcoming. Staff attentive and knowledge.

The food choice was extensive and detailed, with some dishes I'd not seen before - I tried one of the new ones and thoroughly enjoyed it (I'm afraid I just can't remember it's name). A lot of the dishes were extremely well priced and certainly down a few pounds on other restaurants in Enfield Town. The portion sizes were very generous, so much so that my husband came away with his 'doggy' bag.

Now, I always judge a restaurant by its rest rooms, I think they can tell you a lot about a place - the ones here were immaculate and would grace any five star hotel!

All in all a wonderful restaurant, great food, great staff and excellent decor.
